Once Abram victoriously conquered the Babylonian Kings in Genesis 14, the King of Sodom went out to meet him at the Kings’ Valley (the valley of Shaveh). He then escorted Abram to the city of Salem , i.e., ancient Jerusalem, where they were met by its king – Melchizedek.

The Jewish Sages identify this Melchizedek as Shem, the righteous son of Noah. Initially, I dismissed Shem being Melchizedek, because I was taught that Melchizedek had some distinct qualities that I had assumed Shem did not have. Most notably, Hebrews 7:3 tells us that Melchizedek had no mother, no father, no beginning of time, and no end of time; and in my limited mindset I reasoned that Shem had all of these because he was a man on this earth. Note: The basis of the priesthood of Melchizedek is everlasting life (Hebrews 7:16).

When the Holy Spirit prompted me to reexamine what I believed, I was amazed at what was revealed. First of all, the Hebrews probably would have kept the best track of their own history. Why was Shem identified with Melchizedek? Just like Nimrod is identified with King Amraphel,* so is Shem recognized as Melchizedek. When people are associated with different names, each name signifies a different part of their nature.

Scripture appears to be silent about many facts about Melchizedek when, in fact, there are many keys to unlock the heaven-on-earth reality of the Order of Melchizedek that are hidden and encoded in Scripture, which are now being unveiled by His spirit of revelation and understanding.

Please note that Yeshua is not Melchizedek, but the High Priest of the Order of Melchizedek. How do I know this? I had a third-heaven experience with both Yeshua and Melchizedek on January 19, 2012. As I was preparing for a time of deliverance for a pastor who had an Assignment of Death against him, I was soaking in His Presence in a bubbling eddy of the River of Life when all of sudden Yeshua pulled me down to the bottom. There He opened a golden door. We entered this long hallway with unusual portraits of military personnel on the wall. A regal gentleman came up to us. He had on a golden breastplate of the priesthood of the Order of Melchizedek with triple concentric circles. I saw the label “General,” as a nameplate on the upper left side of his golden breastplate and it had five stars under it. Yeshua personally introduced me to His highest general of the Melchizedek Order – Shem. He was extremely handsome and eternally young, yet his hair had a touch of gray, as a symbol of his wisdom. Yeshua, Shem and I talked very casually for a while when Yeshua announced that they were both going to commission me into the Order of Melchizedek. They both placed a golden triple concentric circle gem-encrusted breastplate on me. It was just like Shem’s, except under the nameplate “General” was one star. Then Yeshua placed His hand on my heart and Shem placed his hand over Yeshua’s hand to impart to me and commission me into the Eternal Royal Order of Melchizedek. Already overwhelmed at this wonderful surprise, Yeshua started giving me other gifts, including a golden shepherd’s staff.

Please note a couple things. The purpose of the Order of Melchizedek is to minister to God, and primarily flows from heaven to earth out of that reality. Only the King of Kings Himself can commission those in this royal priesthood, which is a military order. Yeshua is the pattern we have of those in the Order of Melchizedek because Melchizedek is made like unto the Son of God (Hebrews 7:3). Due to the priesthood of Melchizedek being based on everlasting life, it is the only legal voice in the universe, besides God Himself, that can overcome an Assignment of Death, which is a spirit of death released that will manifest in a person’s death if not nullified.

Shem being Melchizedek of Genesis 14 fame makes sense on several levels. Shem was known as the righteous son of Noah; therefore, it’s not much of a stretch to believe he could have been called a King of Righteousness. Just as the Messiah can sit on the Throne of David, He can be High Priest of the Order of Melchizedek. Especially when we consider that Shem led the overthrow of the apostate world ruler of his time (Nimrod), we can extrapolate that Shem easily could have been exalted to such a status himself. Even though Shem was Abraham’s great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandfather, the priesthood of Melchizedek is earned, not inherited. Don’t get me wrong, just as Abraham believed and was counted righteous, so did Melchizedek. In fact, Melchizedek must have epitomized a priesthood of believers who draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith (Hebrews 10:22), else he would not have been considered righteous.

* King of Elam is identified as Shem’s son. Although Chedorlaomer was the leader of the Babylonian alliance, the king of Shinar – Amraphel – is mentioned first in the Bible (Gen 14:1), because he was the senior king of the four. Significantly, the Jewish Sages identify Amraphel as Nimrod. The Jewish Encyclopedia shares: “Some say Amraphel was his real name, and he was called Nimrod – ‘the chief rebel’ as leader of the tower-builders, ‘who led the world rebellion’ against heaven’s Ruler. Others say Nimrod was his real name, and he was called Amraphel as the one who commanded them to cast Abraham into the fire [Robin’s note: Fantastic story about Abram miraculously surviving being thrown in a fiery furnace by Nimrod long before Shadrach, Meshach and Abedigo].” One of the etymologies for the name Amraphel is explained as that of one whose “command brought darkness [destruction] on the world.” Abraham was thrown into the furnace because he refused to accept the worship of idols. Today, we are called to the same stance – refusing to accept idol worship and rising up to the challenge of the kingdom of heaven, suffering violence in our own lives and taking it back by force.

Red Dress Pensive

In this Kingdom Day, it’s a time for the transformation of birds of a feather that flock together. Right now, there is Company of Eagles of His Strategic Air Command being released in the earth where each is a wing of the Order of Melchizedek flying by the Spirit with one another. Keep at the top-of-your-mind that this New Living Creature of royal priests will only glory in the cross of Yeshua Ha Machiach (Jesus Christ).

Come! Let us go to the DEEP RED space where we have direct contact with the Father. Let us go to the place where the triple concentric circles of the Melchizedek Breastplate are positioned, as a contact lens, on the Father’s Bloodshot Eye to see this DEEP RED mystery of the Kingdom of God.

Imagine, if you will, the full stature of the crimson flow. What would that be? We are told in Ephesians 4:15 that it is necessary for the Mature Body of Christ to grow up into Him in all things. Colossians 1:24-25 portrays each member of His Body must fill up the afflictions of Christ in their flesh for His Body’s sake to fulfill the word of God (Yah).

Believers need to grasp what it means to walk in the exact same manner as Yeshua did. Scripture says that it pleased our Heavenly Father that all fullness should dwell in Yeshua having made peace through the blood of His cross to reconcile all things unto Himself (Col 1:19-20). If all fullness dwelt in Yeshua through the blood of the cross, then it is a good clue how we all will corporately realize becoming a mature ONE NEW MAN to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (Eph 4:13). In Christ, we are brought near through the blood of Christ, and reconciled to God through the cross (Eph 2:13,16).

How are we reconciled through the cross? Ephesians 2:16 says in ONE BODY. This is first an individual work in a believer’s life that must also be carried out corporately, so Yeshua’s Mature Head can attach to His Mature Body (Rev 1:14). When the Son of Man comes again in His fullness bodily, His head – complete with white hair – can only be joined to a Body that is equally developed (full grown).

I mentioned earlier that the WAY OF RIGHTEOUSNESS actually consists of progressive crucifixion steps, which are the spiritual sacrifices still required of God’s Holy Priesthood (1 Pet 2:5). This is the process by which we will actually hit the bull’s eye of righteousness. Before we dive into this meaty subject, let take a quick fundamental look at what the book of Romans says about the RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD (YAH).

The Righteousness of Yah is by the FAITH OF JESUS CHRIST unto all that believe in His shed blood for the remission of their sins. A man is justified solely by faith as a redemptive gift of grace, which reigns through righteousness unto eternal life via Yeshua Ha Machiach (Jesus Christ).

Let’s take a closer look at this last statement. Romans 3:28 tells us that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law; and then, Romans 3:24,31 brings to light that a man is justified freely by the redemptive grace that is in Christ Jesus, which establishes the law. Say what? How can this be?

If we look at the root of the Greek word “justified,” it means that when one is truly justified, they show what is right, free, innocent and holy. Even though deeds are never the basis of our being justified or righteous, it is our deeds that show the substance of who and what we are. James 2:22 discloses that it is by works that faith is made perfect or complete. If we are crucified daily in union with Christ according to the plumb line of righteousness (the Word of God), our outward appearance will be transformed into that same image from glory to glory, until we plainly reveal the righteous character of Christ.

Once a person is manifestly joined to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit as a New Living Creature, they still need to press on into greater levels of their high calling of God in Christ to be completely ONE not only with God Himself, but with others. This is a divine work which connects the Head – Christ – to His Body that is wrought not by might, nor by power, but by His Spirit (Zech 4:6) as well as at the intersection where His will and your will are one. We need to understand how powerful the crucified concept is of “not My will, but thine, be done” (Luke 22:42). God’s Kingdom comes where His perfect will is heard, understood, and done.

The corporate level of His new creation of the One New Man in Christ is portrayed several ways. Let’s focus on the Living Creature’s wings today. Ezekiel 1:9 tells us that the four living creatures’ wings touch one another as they move straight ahead without turning.

To understand the significance of the New Living Creature’s wings, we need to take a Hebrew peek. The most common and first occurrence of the word “wings” in Scripture is the Hebrew word “kanaph” (pronounced kaw-nawf’). Strong’s tells us that it’s an edge or extremity, specifically of a wing or an army. This definition really got my attention, because I had just come off a third-heaven group experience where the Great Shepherd (Yeshua) led an excursion to take captivity captive for a group of pastors where the Lord divinely imparted some spiritual equipment to each one of us for our journey: a golden Melchizedek breastplate with triple-concentric circles in the midst, a golden shepherd rod, and a set of wings. Significantly, He told me ahead of time that four people needed to be present for the type of thing that He wanted to accomplish. So when I saw the above definition for kanaph, I immediately received a greater revelation: Kanaph speaks of a precise wing of God’s end-time Melchizedek Army flying by the Spirit with one another.

Next, I flipped over to my Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary and looked up the definition for “wing”:

WING ~noun : one of the movable feathered or membranous paired appendages by means a creature is able to fly : power of flight : means of flight or rapid progress : a flank of an army : one of the offensive positions on either side of a center position (Christ) : a unit of the U.S. Air Force higher than a group and lower than a division : two or more squadrons of naval airplanes : a dance step marked by quick outward and inward rolling guide of one foot : insignia consisting of an outspread pair of stylized bird’s wings which are awarded on completion of prescribed training to a qualified pilot or aircrew member.

Then I dug even deeper by searching for revelation in the Ancient Hebrew Word Picture of the word “kanaph.” An Ancient Hebrew Word Picture is when you put the different pictures that the Hebrew letters represent together to understand a deeper meaning of a Hebrew word. BTW – I try not to not lean on my own understanding as I set a Hebrew Word Picture before the Lord in a meditative way. For example: Kanaph’s ancient Hebrew Word Picture looks like – כָּנָף. Let’s break the pictures of kaw-nawf’ down:

כָּ – pictograph of the Hebrew letter “kaf” is a wing or open hand that symbolizes 1) to allow 2) to cover 3) to open.

נָ – pictograph of the Hebrew letter “noon” is a fish darting through the water that symbolizes 1) action 2) life.

ף – pictograph of the Hebrew letter “pey” is a mouth. It symbolizes 1) to speak 2) to open 3) the beginning, like a river.

Having just studied the word “throne” in Scripture, I understood that the picture for “kaf” the wing meant a kingdom covering or being enthroned. Therefore, kanaph’s Ancient Hebrew Word Picture tells us several things: [1] Wings are the beginning of covered (enthroned, kingdom) life and action. [2] Wings speak of kingdom life and action as well as open things up to it. [3] Wings open things by speaking life.

When the wings of the Living Creature touch one another, it is a picture of a wing of God’s end-time Melchizedek Army touching the heart of a matter – or – in other words, a wing of royal priests hitting the bull’s eye of the Father’s perfect will. It portrays God’s Kingdom moving straight ahead when a group of Crucified Ones fly by the Spirit with one another according to His throne. It’s the place where His word goes forth and doesn’t return void, but accomplishes exactly what in the heart of the Father, here on earth as it is in heaven.

What do ya say? Shall we point some wings? Shall His royal priests open things to God’s kingdom life and action?! You betcha!!!
