THE HISTORY OF QUEEN ESTHER

Though in the natural, God appears to be concealed in the Book of Esther, His Presence is throughout in His people. The Book of Esther centers around its name sake – Queen Esther – and her bridal walking out her devotion to the Lord amidst dire circumstances. Always remember that Queen Esther is a type-n-shadow for the True Bride of the Messiah who does the right things that results in moving the king’s heart to reverse the enemy’s plan.

The Jewish Encyclopedia tells of Esther being an orphan of the Tribe of Benjamin. Her father Abihail died before her birth while her mother died at her birth. Therefore, Esther was reared in the house of her cousin Mordecai. Esther’s original name was Hadassah, which mean myrtle (Esther 2:7). The myrtle plant is a symbol of love and is the Hebrew symbol for marriage. Myrtle branches are also among the materials listed that are needed for the restoration of the Feast of Tabernables – God’s Dwelling Place. Refer to Nehemiah 8:14-15.

Let us get back to the history of Esther. Recall that the King of Persia – Ahasuerus (Xerxes) – had deposed Queen Vashti due to her refusal to appear at a banquet before the assembled princes of the realm (Esther 1:10-22). Many beautiful maidens were then brought before the king so he could choose a worthy successor to the headstrong and rebellious Vashi.

The king’s eunuchs scoured the country in search of new wife for the Persian monarch. Acting on her own judgment or upon the order of Mordecai, Esther hid herself so she would not be seen of men. She remained in seclusion for four years until God’s own voice urged her to go to the king’s palace where her absence had been noticed. Being more than fashionably late, Esther’s appearance among the candidates for the queen’s vacant place caused quite a commotion. Talk about a timely and dramatic entry!

Esther spurns the usual resources that the Persian Empire used to enhance her beauty, so much so that Hegai, the guardian of the women, became alarmed lest he be accused of neglect. Therefore, Hegai showers Esther with attention and places riches at her disposal not given to the others. Yet, Esther refuses being a faith-filled Hebrew soul along with her seven attendants. She continues her modest mode of living.

When Esther’s turn comes to be ushered into King Xerxes presence after her twelve months preparation period, she “requested nothing except that which Hegai, the king’s chamberlain, the guardian of the women, had advised. Esther would find favor in the eyes of all who saw her” (Esther 2:15). A Median and Persian woman flanked Esther on both sides when she was brought before the king. Yet, Esther’s beauty out shined them all. The king had been in the habit of comparing all the applicants with a picture of Vashti suspended over his couch. Up to the time when Esther approached the king, none had eclipsed her beauty. At the sight of graceful Esther, the king removed the picture of his unfaithful queen. The king was immediately smitten; however, Esther didn’t reveal her people or her kindred, as instructed by Mordecai (Esther 2:10). After assuring King Ahasuerus that she was of princely blood, Esther turns the conversation in a wonderful playful way with some counter-questions regarding Vashti, leaving the king delighted and curious.

The story goes: “The king loved Esther more than all the women, and she found more favor and kindness before him than all the other maidens; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen in place of Vashti. Then the king made a great banquet for all his officers and his servants – it was Esther’s banquet – and he proclaimed an amnesty for the provinces, and gave gifts worthy of the king’s hand” (Esther 2:17-18 _Tanach).

PRACTICAL KEYS TO UNLOCKING MELCHIZEDEK – PART 7 – TREASURER OF THE MOST INTIMATE

YHVH foreknew and foreordained that His Order of Melchizedek would come to the Kingdom for such a time as this (Esther 4:14).

“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven (Eccl 3:1). What He has made beautiful in this Kingdom Day is His wings of His Melchizedek Army who ascend and descend on Yeshua – the Son of Man – by the Spirit of the Living God to the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. In No Man’s Land (a place that the Melchizedek Company resides), we find out God’s works from the beginning until the end, because He set eternity in our hearts (Eccl 3:11).

Time is a mystery. The Melchizedek section of the Dead Sea Scroll (11Q13 – cave 11 Qumran physical scroll 13) speaks that Melchizedek will instruct the world about all the periods of history for eternity and the statutes of the truth.

Know that even though there are seven Feasts of the Lord spelled out in Leviticus 23, which God Himself says: “These are My feasts” (Leviticus 23:12), there are two additional feasts that are in the Bible. One of the Biblical Feasts – Purim – is commemorated in the Book of Esther.

Know that with each of the Lord’s Feast a portal opens in the heavenlies, and there is a greater grace articulated in His various Biblical Feasts that His people can tap into at these times. These graces are always available, but somehow they are brought nearer as we cycle through the times He has set up. The years which the LORD has given to His people are set according to His Biblical Feasts. The months which the LORD has given to His people are set by His new moons and weeks are set by His seventh day Sabbaths. These are the times and the seasons set up by the Lord Himself as articulated in His Word.

If the ORDER in the Order of Melchizedek is going to abide in an intimate rest worship stance, they must resonate at the frequency of His word. BTW – The Dead Sea Scrolls also speaks of the songs sung over the Sabbath Sacrifices, which are still resonating throughout eternity seeking for a place where they can manifest and rest.

“The word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it, For we which have believed do enter the rest … For He spoke in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all His works. There remains therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into His rest, he also has ceased from his own works, as God did from His” (Hebrews 4:2,4, 9-10).

These “Songs of the Sabbath Sacrifice” were sung to Melchizedek – the chief angelic priest – in one fragment. Recall that the New Living Creature of the One New Man in the Messiah (Christ) is called the Cherubim in Ezekiel 10, and that word “Cherubim” can either be a divine or human messenger according to the Hebrew Scripture and the Greek Septuagint. Basically, the Eternal Order of Melchizedek operates from a position of REST as the Seventh Day Transfigured Son — the One New Man in the Messiah. In the twelfth song of the Cherubim, which we are told are almost indistinguishable from the wheels of God’s chariot throne (Ezekiel 1), the priests used to worship YHVH silently. We are told that one cannot hear this praise, but it is evident in brass-like flashes of light emerging from His throne. These Ancient Sabbath Songs included priestly and princely angelic (cherubim) praise of the divine king as well as praise issuing from the vestibules. A vestibule is a passage, hall or room between the outer door and the interior building, which gives access to something new.

At the dawning of this New Kingdom Age, the Order of Melchizedek operates as the king’s chamberlain or treasurer of the most intimate. Please recall from the last PRACTICAL KEYS TO UNLOCKING MELCHIZEDEK article (https://sapphirethroneministries.wordpress.com/2017/06/16/practical-keys-to-unlocking-melchizedek-part-6-order-speaks/) that there are some secret keys about Melchizedek that are hidden in plain sight when we study “nothing” and the concepts associated with it in Scripture.

“Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail, the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required NOTHING but what Hegai the king’s chamberlain, the keeper of the woman, appointed. And Esther obtained favor in the sight of all them that looked upon her” (Esther 2:15 KJV).

The Lord’s Melchizedek Company is the predecessor for the unparalleled beauty of His Pure and Spotless Bridal Company. They both have pure hearts surrounded by Yeshua HaMachiach (Jesus Christ)’s Blood, which passes through the righteous judgments that emanate from His Sapphire Throne. These royal priests of Melchizedek prepare the way for the Bride to join the King of Kings.

One of the Bridal Preparation functions that Melchizedek operates in is displayed in his role as the king’s chamberlain. My Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary tells me that a chamberlain is an attendant on a sovereign in his bedchamber. He is a chief officer in the household of a king who is the treasurer of his most intimate possessions. As guardians entrusted with the receipt, care, and disbursement of the king’s treasures, the Eternal Royal Priests of Melchizedek are governmental officers who are in charge of receiving, keeping and disbursing the king’s resources.

This incredible kingdom key to the wealth of heaven being dispersed to the sons of God on earth is given only to those who’s character have been refined in His Baptism of Fire to the place where His Sons of Light can stand in the council of God and take the responsibility for being seated in His government. When we restore the ORDER in the “Order of Melchizedek,” we hit the mark of the highest way of life for God’s family, which is flowing in the perfect rhythms of Spirit and Truth. The most ancient path of ORDER point us to being a Living Word, as HE is the Word made manifest. In fact, the meaning behind the king’s chamberlain’s name – Hegai – speaks of four things: meditation, word, groaning (birthing) and separation. These are all key because they are the instructions of the one in charge of the house of the women – the house of the Bride of Christ (Esther 2:3). We are to do NOTHING, except what the king’s chamberlain appoints.

What I also think is so wonderful is that Esther’s father’s name – Abihail – speaks of loving God with all your strength, which is the Bridal Portion of loving God with all one’s resources. The Hebrew word for “strength” articulates to passionately love the Lord vehemently; wholly, speedily, especially when repeated; diligently, especially, exceedingly, greatly, louder and louder, mightily, utterly; to rake together; a poker for turning and gathering embers; a firebrand (i.e. torch). Purim is currently a twisted counterfeit – a type of Mardi Gras – of a righteous real. What I mean when I say that Purim is a twisted counterfeit of a righteous real is that we need to untwist it. We need to keep that which is holy and get rid of that which is profane: drunkenness, debauchery and revelry. Many of the current practices of Purim are related to a Mardi Gras spirit, which needs to be redeemed and refocused by His Sons of the Kingdom on the preparation of the Bride and deliverance aspects of this feast that’s in His Word.

The Eternal Order of Melchizedek is called for such a time as this to restore His Kingdom Order to this Biblical Feast. Both Chanukah and Purim are not feasts forever, because they have a culmination. That culmination is the church becoming His Bride through the acceptance of being cleansed from sin by Yeshua’s Blood and cleansed from the world by the application and manifestation His Eternal Word.

We are the curators of the king’s most intimate treasure AND we are His most valued possession. The commitment to being married to the King and Kings and the Lord of Lords is not to be taken lightly is almost an understatement. His queen will most excellently represent the King. You have been called to His Exalted Kingdom for such a time as this, and His scepter is currently being extend to those who say “I do” with all their heart, soul and strength.

PURIM – THE FEAST OF DELIVERANCE

Purim celebrates the events in the Book of Esther. We get the name “Purim” from Haman having cast lots (purim) to determine the day on which to destroy the Jews.

Today, another PURIM DELIVERANCE is in the works. Before we go into those details, please know that when I sought the LORD about celebrating the Biblical Feasts of YHVH in His Kingdom, I heard a zinger one-liner: “Just as the Spirit of the Living God has seven flows that manifests in nine fruits and gifts, so do the Feasts of the Lord.” There are nine Bridal Feasts if we include the whole council of the Word of God.

Even though Chanukah and Purim are considered to be minor, commemorative feasts for most people who celebrate these feasts, the sons of the Living God, who restore all things, will go to the elevated state and place that resonates at the frequency of God’s Word. Always remember that Yeshua (Jesus) is called the Word of God (Rev 19:13).

It is written in John 5 that Yeshua went up to Jerusalem for an unnamed feast. According to Lambert Dolphin’s research on what feast this was, the only feast that the Apostle John could be referring to is Purim, since this feast fell on the Sabbath (John 5:9). This was the only feast to fall on the Sabbath between the years of 25-35 CE – Purim in 28 CE. It would be just like the Most High God to intentionally hide the name of this feast to parallel how the Name of the LORD was likewise deliberately left out (hidden in) of the Book of Esther.

According to the Hebrew Sages, any day that is marked by special deliverance by the LORD can be called a “Purim.” Even the eternal deliverance bought for us with Yeshua’s death on the cross, is foreshadowed by the Day of Atonement (i.e. Yom Kippur). In the Tanakh, Yom Kippurim can be read as Yom Ke-Purim – a “day like Purim,” which will always be the greatest Purim of all.

Even though Purim is a fun-filled feast that rejoices over God’s Great Incredible Grace through His Divine Deliverance in times past, there is a prophetic dimension to be fulfilled during the Seventh Day on God’s Calendar (2 Peter 3:8). Recall this unnamed feast of an unnamed God was celebrated on the Sabbath in John 5.

“Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars’ hill [war], and said, Men of Athens, I perceive that in all things you are very religious; for as I was passing through and considering the objects of your worship, I even found an altar with this inscription: TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Therefore, the One whom you worship without knowing, Him I proclaim to you: God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. Nor is He worshiped with men’s hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their pre-appointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings, so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’ “ (Acts 17:22-28).

According to the Midrash Esther, Purim is said to be celebrated even after the final redemption in the End of Days, because there is a deliverance that only the hand of God can provide that will lead to the establishment of the Messianic Kingdom upon the earth. The Anti-Messiah is clearly a type of Haman who desires to eliminate all of God’s people both Jew and Gentile alike. The “man of sin” or the Messiah of Evil (2 Thess 2:3) wants to provide the ultimate “Final Solution.” Even now, the label “Hitler” is thrown around casually and frequently.

Just as Haman’s plans to destroy our Jewish brethren boomeranged upon him where he hung on his own gallows, so will this Anti-Messiah (i.e. Anti-Christ) as the Corporate Bride of Christ (i.e. Queen Esther) goes before Her Husband and King to ask that Her people be spared.

We all have a part in this Kingdom Day in His-Story. The Spirit of Haman wants to destroy all of God’s people and the Spirit of the Living God wants to set them free. For such a time as this, may His Bride arise and Her enemies be scattered. Let the Bride’s enemy(s) be hung on his own gallows as the King of Kings decrees.

Even though Hanukkah and Purim are considered to be minor, commemorative feasts for most people who celebrate these feasts, the sons of the Living God, who restore all things, will go to the elevated state and place that resonates at the frequency of God’s Word. Always remember that Yeshua (Jesus) is called the Word of God (Revelation 19:13).
