REBUILDING THE TABERNACLE OF DAVID

When God’s people who are called by His Name choose to humble themselves and pray and seek His face, He reveals the Tabernacle of David precious truths to you… so you can dwell in His Glorious Presence permanently. “This is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek Your face – even Jacob” (Psalms 24:8).

THE TABERNACLE OF DAVID VITAL MISSING LINK

The Tabernacle of David was a simple open tent that was erected on Mount Zion. Mount Zion is a small physical hill within the city of Jerusalem, which is sometimes called Zion. “Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? And who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood and has not sworn deceitfully” (Psalms 24:3-4 _NASB ).

David’s Tabernacle is an incredible vast mystery. Unlike the Wilderness Tabernacle of Moses, there’s no record of what it looked like. However, we do know that King David and God’s pure-hearted worshippers temporarily transcended the limitations of their time where they worshiped their Beautiful Heavenly Father with open faces in Spirit and in Truth.

“And they brought the in the Ark of the LORD, and set it in the midst of the tent that David had pitched or it; and David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the LORD” (2 Samuel 6:17 _{Lamsa’s Aramaic}).

 “But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth” (John 4:23-24 _NASB ).

In our day, the vast majority of Christians have a vital missing link when it comes to worshiping the Father in spirit and in truth… And you can’t tell them any different; because they proclaim if their heart is right (in their own eyes), how can they be wrong?

The dilemma is that we can say that if our heart is right, then it can’t be wrong about anything, including using and abusing people. A friend told me that her mom railed at a nurse; then, calmly turned to her as if nothing had happened. She didn’t feel guilty one wit. Was that wrong or right how she treated that nurse? And did her lack of conviction change the fact?

Our behaviors do matter, and they reflect of our thoughts (belief system). All of us can truly believe something, and it can be off. Scripture mentions twice in Proverbs 14:12 and Proverbs 16:25 “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.” Therefore, our hearts are not the arbitrators of truth. God is.

Scripture speaks that “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?” (Jeremiah 17:9). The problem with carnal, fleshly and worldly things is that we all can be so easily deceived. Therefore, we all need to stick to His plumb line as revealed in Scripture. Not religiously, but in a life-giving way with a good dose of the lovely Spirit of the Living God too.

To see our own blind spots – like the idols of our heart – we have to put that matter on God’s Altar to burn up any personal desires; then ask the LORD about it. Ask how He sees it, because remember the Father is looking for spirit and truth worshipers.

If a person’s behavior contradicts the frequency of His Righteous Kingdom (Scripture) … If a person’s behavior feeds their sensual carnal nature, it will be part of the “sinful kingdom” that God is going to destroy off the face of the earth when He raises up that fallen Tabernacle of David (Amos 9:8-13).
