They want to eat early
They can be remarkable pets
They recognize 12 human faces
They recognize 90 sheep faces
They really love grain treats
They have a basic hierarchy
They return more nutrients to the soil than is ever removed
They are noble
They are full of love
Their love language is also their defense mechanism (butting heads)
They are bold in their love
My husband and I are shepherds. It’s one of the most enjoyable parts of our life. I am excited about lambing season starting soon. I adore the cute and cuddly baby lambies, and I love their precious moms. When Yeshua (Jesus) is equating His family to a flock, He is showing a beautiful community of love, joy peace, companionship, support, and trust.
