The process of ascension requires purification, if an individual or group’s goal is to bring heaven to earth. There are two pieces to the mystery of making the kingdoms of this earth, the kingdoms of our God (Revelation 11:15).
Connecting to the heavenly realms is one side of this divine puzzle. The other piece crucial to the restoration of all things is God’s people fully developing the character of Christ in order to walk out on earth the heavenly realities we see. Each of us needs to be made complete in growth and labor as well as emotionally, morally, and mentally. A person can see heavenly glory after heavenly glory after heavenly glory, but the world around you will only change if you can contain the heavenly glories (truths) you see and flow in them. Know that His Reigning Ones will walk out heavenly glories in the same manner that Yeshua did (1 John 2:6).
When we are in the fire and following the way He has chosen for us to take, we have a glorious promise that we will come forth as gold (Job 23:10). Let’s not waste an ounce of our trying experiences.
If your heart’s desire is to operate after the Order of Melchizedek, there is a deeper reality to our trials. The Order of Melchizedek (with its High Priest Yeshua Ha Machiach – Jesus Christ) is a corporate entity. Therefore, if you are committed to a group of people who have entered the Kingdom of God, the fiery trials of the individuals within that group are part of that group being forged into One New Man made like unto the Son of God, which is a characteristic true of a Melchizedek Company (Daniel 3:25; Hebrews 7:3).
This is actually illustrated in the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. Due to the unified stance of these three men against an earthly king, they were thrown into the fire. Recall that the furnace was stoked up seven times hotter (Daniel 3:19). Know that pure gold is refined in God’s fire seven times. The pure gold within this little unified group was being refined, so that the fourth man could manifest in the fire with them.
We have been repeatedly told that the fourth man is Yeshua (Jesus), which I believe is one beautiful facet of this kingdom reality. Christ in them the hope of glory in the midst of these three. But what if there is another facet to this kingdom reality? What if this story is illustrating a group of individuals so united for His Kingdom purposes that they chose to be thrown in the fire together to fight with and for one another? What if the unity in the fire created a fourth man with the appearance of the Son of God, which was an One New Man that was made up of the composite spirit of all three? I have actually seen this happen. When I ascended with a group almost every week for four years, this unified One New Man appeared. Now when I am ascending with another group consistently, as we have committed to both God and one another for His Kingdom purposes, I see another Corporate One New Man in Christ manifest made up of the composite of the united spirits of the group. As we go through fiery trials together, our “fourth man” with the appearance like that of the Son of God gets more refined and clear… golden, if you will.
Please be encouraged that your fiery trials have both a personal and corporate purpose. In a group, the good news is that when one falls down, the other is able to lift them up. When one is being hammered, the others can stand united to protect them. A primary thing that the Body of Christ needs to grasp in this hour is UNITY… the concept of self-sacrificial unity. If we are willing to lay down our own lives for another, we have the same heart that Yeshua had for us. Then we can experientially know “I with them and thou with Me, that they may become perfected in one; so that the world may know that Thou did send Me, and Thou did love them just as Thou did love Me” (John 17:23).
“Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was filled with fury, and the countenance of his face was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; and he commanded that the furnace be heated seven times more than it was customarily heated. And he commanded some of the mighty men in the army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and too cast them into the burning fiery furnace. Then the mighty men bound them in their trousers, their undergarments, their robes, and their hats, and cast them into the fiery furnace. Because the king’s command was hasty and the furnace was exceedingly hot, the flames of the fire killed those who had accused Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. But the three me, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound in the midst of the burning fiery furnace. (And they rose up and walked bound in the midst of the flame, praising God and blessing the LORD. Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was alarmed and rose up in a great fear, and spoke and said to his princes, Did we not cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said to the king, True, O king. The king answered and said, Behold, I see men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they are not hurt; and the appearance of the fourth is like that of the Son of God” (Daniel 3:19-25 Lamsa’s Translation from the Aramaic of the Peshitta).
