The Gospel is the Word of God, which is Yeshua (Jesus).
“Let us therefore fear, while the promise of entering into His rest remains, lest some amongst you find they are prevented from entering. For the GOSPEL was preached to us as it was to them also, but the WORD they heard did not benefit them, because it was not mixed with faith in those who heard it” (Hebrews 4:1-2).
“For the WORD OF GOD is living and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the point of division between soul and spirit, and between the joints and marrow and bones, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart” (Hebrew 4:12).
“Worship God, for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. And I saw heaven opened, and behold, I saw a white horse; and He who sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had names written thereon, and one of the names written, no man knew but He Himself. And He was clothed with a vestment dipped in blood; and HE CALLED HIS NAME, THE WORD OF GOD. And the armies which were in heaven followed Him on white horses clothed in linen, pure and white. And out of His mouth came a sharp two-edged sword, that with it He should smite the nations; and He will tread the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He had a name written on His vesture and on His thigh, KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS” (Revelation 19:10-16).
